The above seems to be a government sponsored warning about the use of SMS text messaging, seen at the SultanMuzzaflar blog. Paragraph (1), written in the Kifli Language, seems to be followed by a faithful legal translation in paragraph (2). If so, then the word "komunikasi" in Kifli is translated as "communication" in English. Note that "komunikasi" is spelled with "K's" in lieu of "C's" "tion" ending from English is supplanted by the "asi" ending in Kifli. Also note that Kifli uses one "M" in this instance where English uses two M's.
