On second thought, "Tukang Nongkrong" must have been joking when he assembled his blog and said that he lived in the bandaray of "Nongkrong," in the negara of "Nongkrong," in Indonesia, and his interests include "Nonkrong." Judging by what appears at the Hall of Visions blog (above), "Tukang Nongkrong" must be a philosophical or intellectual concept or area of thought in Malaysia. It's something that people think and write about.
